Test-user signups

If you sign up as a test user, Timenix collects your email address, confirmation that you are at least 18, and any optional questionnaire answers you choose to provide. The form does not ask for a diagnosis.

We use this information to select and contact potential test users, understand which needs and devices to prioritise, arrange research or testing, and improve the product. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Test-user submissions are stored in a private database operated for Timenix. We retain them only while they are useful for the test-user programme or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

All questionnaire answers are optional. An email address, confirmation that you are at least 18, and consent to be contacted are required because the purpose of the form is to recruit test users.

You can withdraw from test-user contact or request access, correction, or deletion of your submission by emailing hello@timenix.com.

What else applies to this preview

The marketing preview does not include product account creation, behavioral monitoring, advertising, or the Digital Guard. Contacting Timenix directly by email shares only the information you choose to include in that message.

Before a broader public launch, this policy will be expanded to describe product data, service providers, security practices, retention periods, and applicable legal rights in more detail.
